Extra weight doesnt want to be lost, and dieting is difficult. Many people will lose weight and then plateau and find it very hard to drop that last 10 or 15 pounds. However, if you have made a true life style change, then you will lose weight over the long term and keep it off. All you have to do is keep the faith and get back on that wagon to reach your goals!
