The ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ host is famed for her slender figure but while she eats healthy most of the time, she always allows herself the odd treat as she believes it’s good for her.
Cat Deeley– who now spends most of her time in Los Angeles – said: “I’m fairly lenient with my diet – if I fancy a burger I’ll have one, but not just every day. There’s no point in me going on crash faddy diets or cutting carbs because I do a live show and if I did I would be so grumpy and my brain wouldn’t work properly!
“I have museli or fruit for breakfast, a big chicken salad for lunch and I’m a big fan of snacks like almonds and carrot sticks and hummus. I love steak for dinner, they’ve opened Soho House in LA and it’s like home from home and the steaks are great.”
The 33-year-old beauty also says she indulges in nights out with her friends, which includes good food and good wine.
She told Britain’s OK! magazine: “One of the best nights out is with friends eating great food, drinking wine and laughing, when you suddenly say, ‘Oh my God, it’s 2am, how the hell did that happen?!’ ”
