I don’t know if I’ve completely fallen off the wagon, but I’ve definitely started to slip. I gained 8 lbs in the last few months and now I am determined to take it back off in the New Year. How can I fit in a diet plan with two small children, 3 jobs, and no energy?? Any suggestions?

    Hey Jane,

Everyone gains weight during the holidays. I always gain a few pounds from Thanksgiving to New Years, then get on the scale and not like what I see. I have 2 kids, a 5 year old and a 2 year old, which keeping up with them, or should I say trying to keep up with them gives me plenty of exercise. You have to eat in moderation and eat healthy foods too. Try to see how many calories you are taking in daily and how much you are burning, that will give you an idea of the direction you are headed.

    Good luck on your quest.

I too share the same problem, I have gained weight over the holidays and was considering trying alli to drop 14 lbs. I have heard that it works but also I hear horror stories of people having “leakage” accidents while they are on it. That’s one reason as to why its been hard to make the decision and am looking for some guidance.
